Is your activewear not quite right?

We are happy to replace or refund your purchase but please make sure it is unworn, unwashed and returned to us in perfect condition with the swing ticket still attached. We accept returns up to 45 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.   Items received back at our warehouse are quarantined, steamed and returned to stock –  any returns  worn or damaged will be sent back  to you and no refund will be made – sorry!

Want to exchange?

If you decide to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style just fill out the form in your parcel (or email us if you have mislaid it) and let us know what items you would like to exchange - if the replacement is less expensive, we’ll refund the difference and if its an upgrade you can pay the extra here.   P&P  is FREE when we send out your exchange items.

Make sure you include the paperwork!

Please include the form that was in your package -the returns details is on the reverse of your order details.

Take your parcel to your nearest post office. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so make sure you retain proof of postage.  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We aim to process replacement items within 48 working hours of receipt.  Refunds are processed weekly and may take up to 14 days to show up on your account.   Please note:  if your original order qualified for free P&P your refund will be automatically adjusted if you are returning part of your order and the revised order value no longer reaches the qualifying amount.

If you are required to complete a Customs Document, please indicate on the form that the package is ‘Returned goods’ or ‘Other’ and NOT a ‘Gift’.  (‘Gifts’ are subject to duty which will be charged)
