Looking after your personal information

Any personal information provided to us is maintained on secure servers. Information is collected when you register online, update your account, place an order, communicate online with our customer service representatives, take part in a promotion or survey and when you join our social networking sites.

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for regular email updates throughout your pregnancy or for direct marketing  purposes, you may change your mind at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button on our emails, by writing to us or emailing us at support@fittamamma.com

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. Occasionally we may send promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting – but only as part of a communication from ourselves.

We use a third-party provider, Infusionsoft to deliver information to you via email.  This personal information consists of your name and e-mail. Your data is stored safely within our Infusionsoft account on their secure servers. Read their privacy policy on

Order Processing

In order for us to process the orders you place with us we will need to provide relevant information to agents such as credit card clearing agents, credit reference agents and PayPal.
