Looking for a delicious drink for your healthy pregnancy diet? Try this yummy watermelon alcohol-free cocktail packed with prenatal vitamins!

A refreshing ‘Mocktail’ that you can happily enjoy as celebratory pregnancy drink! Watermelon is a good source of pregnancy vitamins and can be soothing for pregnancy heartburn too – but best of all it’s a great non-alcoholic alternative to enjoy on a warm summer’s day.

Ingredients

1 measure of grape juice
Slice of watermelon
Juice of ½ lemon
Crushed ice
Sparkling mineral water

Method

Blend the watermelon with the grape juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Pour over the fruit juices and top up with sparkling water.
Serve with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
