Sue Lewis, a state registered physiotherapist specialising in antenatal, postnatal, incontinence, pregnancy and gynae problems. Working alongside Gill Martin, a personal trainer specialising in women's health and wellbeing, and sports massage. They offer private one-to-one appointments in your own home or in Sue’s consulting room; plus joint pilates-style core exercises classes including postnatal Mummy MOT’s.
Our weekly exercise classes are on Tuesdays: 09:30 advanced/intermediate followed by a beginners class at 10:45. All exercises are safe, effective and progressive over a select number of weeks. Our beginner class is suitable from 2 weeks postnatal. We have a team of qualified, wonderful nannies looking after your babies in the adjacent room (offered as a complimentary crèche). There is plenty FREE parking available.
