I offer 1-1, small group and on line training to help mums get birth fit or back to fitness after birth. I focus on functional movement as part of a strength and conditioning programme, enabling mums to feel empowered and strong again no matter where they start. Based at CrossFit Deviant we offer progression into CrossFit classes and alternatives for mums who want to give it a go. If you are currently a CF member I can help you scale your workouts no matter where you are based and write alternative training programmes for both pre and post baby.
