I love to help pregnant and postnatal women. In pregnancy I focus on Pilates and Yoga-based stretches in a calm, peaceful environment; to strengthen, improve flexibility and relieve normal aches and pains of pregnancy. I also weave in lots of skills for managing labour - whatever it's like- inc breathing techniques. I love to help women connect over tea once a month to make those all important Mum friends. Postnatally I offer a class that focuses more on Pilates to build that core strength again; however there is still plenty of time to also slow down, breathe and stretch out - especially tight necks, shoulders and backs from all that cuddling and night feeding. Babies are welcomed and included throughout the class and we even give them a little Baby Yoga and Baby Massage (through clothes) half way through. An all important cuppa and chance to have a chat with others at the end
